Sea To Summit has refreshed the traditional bulky cook pot with a soft-sided design that collapses into a one-inch-thick disc. The bottom of the X-Pot is made of anodized aluminum and the sides of heat-resistant silicone. It’s perfect for space-conscious paddlers cooking meals with water—think pastas, rice and any dehydrated meals—but the sides of the X-Pot won’t take kindly to frying foods.
