Ever wondered what would happen if you accidentally sprayed yourself with bear repellent? Don’t worry, Nouria Newman has the answers for you.

No stranger to adventure, Nouria recently embarked on an epic trip to the mountains of Squamish, British Columbia to be the first person to paddle the Pitt River. The Pitt River is in an extremely remote location and, for Nouria, it required a solo hike over a mountain pass—in the middle of winter.
