How do I change my mailing address?
To update your mailing address please sign into your account using your account number and postal/zip code. If you do not remember your account number? You can retrieve your account number by entering your email address here. Once you are signed in, click on “Change” beside your address and update your account information, then click “save”. If you are unable to sign in you may also email subscriptions@paddlingmag.com or call us at 1-866-709-4985 and we will update your address for future mailing. We print our magazine mailing labels in advance, therefore, it may take a few weeks for the change to be effective. /// ACA MEMBERS: As a membership benefit for the ACA we are provided with a new mailing list for each issue. To update your mailing address: • Log in to the American Canoe Association website. • Click on Manage Profile on the right-hand side of the screen. • Click on Edit Bio. • Update your information and click Save. /// PADDLE CANADA MEMBERS: As a membership benefit for Paddle Canada we are provided with a new mailing list for each issue. Want to update your email preferences?
Easily manage your email settings, or unsubscribe, from the links at the bottom of the latest received email. To unsubscribe from a specific newsletter, un-check the box of each type email you would like to be removed from and click "Save". To unsubscribe to everything, simply scroll to the bottom and click unsubscribe.
What is my subscrption status?
To check on the status of your subscription or to check when the last issue was mailed, simply sign into your account using your account number and postal/zip code. Here you can update you address or see the number of issues you have remaining on your term. If you want to see what issues have been mailed simply click on “Issue History” so the the issue name and the date the mailing list was pulled. Please allow 4-6 weeks after mailing date for delivery. We will notify you when your subscription is about to expire. Your renewal order will be added to the end of your current subscription.
How often is the print magazine mailed?
We publish Paddling Magazine twice a year. Print subscribers have access to 25+ years of digital back issues so hopefully, they will keep you busy reading until your print issue arrives. You can also read our iOs and Android app editions, just download the app and log in with your email and zip code/postal code (Note zip must be in the following format 55555-4444.
Will my subscruption auto renew?
You can turn off auto-renewal at any time by signing into your account or contacting the customer service department. Before each renewal, you will be sent a reminder of the subscription offer in effect. If we have a valid credit card on file, it will be charged at this time.
