WHAT IS MY SUBSCRIPTION STATUS?
To check on the status of your subscription or to check when the last issue was mailed, simply sign into your account using your account number and postal/zip code. Here you can update you address or see the number of issues you have remaining on your term. If you want to see what issues have been mailed simply click on “Issue History” so the the issue name and the date the mailing list was pulled. Please allow 4-6 weeks fir delivery. 

We will notify you when your subscription is about to expire. Your renewal order will be added to the end of your current subscription. 

HOW DO I CHANGE MY MAILING ADDRESS?

SUBSCRIBERS
To update your mailing address please sign into your account using your account number and postal/zip code.

Don\\’t remember your account number? You can retrieve your account number by entering your email address here.

Once you are signed in, click on “Change” beside your address and update your account information, then click “save”. If you are unable to sign in you may also email [email protected] or call us at 1-866-709-4985 and we will update your address for future mailing.

We print our magazine mailing labels in advance, therefore, it may take a few weeks for the change to be effective.

ACA MEMBERS
As a membership benefit for the ACA we are provided with a new mailing list for each issue. To update your mailing address:
• Log in to the American Canoe Association website.
• Click on Manage Profile on the right-hand side of the screen.
• Click on Edit Bio.
• Update your information and click Save.

PADDLE CANADA MEMBERS
As a membership benefit for Paddle Canada we are provided with a new mailing list for each issue. Please contact [email protected] or 1-888-252-6292 Ext. 10 to update your information.

DUPLICATE OR MISSING ISSUES?
If you are receiving duplicate issues, please look at the account numbers on your magazine mailing labels. If the numbers are identical, then this is likely a one-time printing error. If the account numbers are different, please report the error. If your issue is delayed more than a month please report the missed issue. Your subscription will be extended to make up for the missed issue or if you would prefer to receive a replacement issue we can check if we have any in stock.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FREE GIFT?
If a free gift is included with your subscription order, it should arrive 4-8 weeks from the time the order was received.
WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION AUTO_RENEW?
You can turn off auto-renewal at any time by signing into your account or contacting the customer service department. Before each renewal, you will be sent a reminder of the subscription offer in effect. If we have a valid credit card on file, it will be charged at this time. Otherwise, we will email you inviting you to renew your subscription. We want you to love Paddling Magazine as much as we do. HOW DO I ORDER A BACK ISSUE?
To order a print back issue call our circulation department at 1-866-709-4985 to check if we have the issue in stock. We ship back issues via Canada post and shipping prices will vary depending on the issue weight.

DIGITAL EDITIONS/ APPS

ARE THE APP EDITIONS AVAILABLE TO PRINT SUBSCRIBERS?
Yes, we have created an app subscription for you and backdated it so you can read all of our back issues.

EDITIONS LOG IN INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Download the Paddling Magazine App
  2. Click on the “LOG IN” button or tab
  3. Under the  “Subscriber Log In” options, select  “Email & Zip/Postal Code”
  4. Enter email
  5. Enter full zip code (37122-4540) or postal code they way it was entered. (NOTE: You can sign into your account to check how your zip /postal code is entered)
  6. Click “LOG IN”
  7. It should tell you that “your log in was successful” and you can click “okay”.
  8. On the “Editions” tab, swipe right or left to flip though the covers. To download an issue just click on the cover and start reading.

MY DIGITAL EDITION IS NOT DOWNLOADING

    • Make sure you are connected to a Wi-Fi network with active internet access.
    • Make sure your iPad or iPhone does not go to “sleep” while your issue is downloading.
    • Using your 3G, 4G, or LTE connection is not recommended.
    • Make sure that you have enough free storage space on your iPad or iPhone.

I RECENTLY PURCHASED A NEW APPLE OR ANDROID SMARTPHONE OR TABLET. ARE MY ISSUES STILL AVAILABLE TO ME?
Yes, just sign into your account and issues coved by your subscription will be free for you to download on your new device.
