Mad River Canoe brought the new Explorer 16 to Paddlesports Retailer 2017. These canoes we’re previously built with Royalex but Mad River Canoe wasn’t happy with the results of that product. So they went about finding a better way to build a canoe and landed on T-Formex. The T-Formex canoe material will you the stiff flex that you want from a canoe and is as tough as nails. The Explorer is projected to be available late 2017.
