Madison Dapcevich is a whitewater rafter and kayaker based in Missoula, Montana. Though she’s paddled rivers around the world—from Peru and Mexico to Alaska and beyond—she feels most at home in Big Sky country. When she’s not on the water, Madison is a full-time associate editor at Outside Online and communications lead aboard Exploration Vessel Nautilus. When not plucking away at a keyboard, Madison teaches yoga and mountain bikes with her two Australian shepherds, Cholla and Poppy, through Missoula’s Rattlesnake Wilderness.
