Montana is having a special election this spring for the U.S. House of Representatives, and Dan West, a former teacher of World Class Kayak Academy is seeking the democratic nomination. In the above video, West arrives at the river already outfitted in his dry top and spray skirt, and explains his agenda and goals as he walks to the river put in on a snowy day. West explains his vision using several river terms before seal launching into the water. Whatever your political views, I think everyone can agree that this is a badass and memorable campaign video.
