Colin Field and Caleb Roberts shot this whitewater canoeing edit on the Noire River in western Quebec while guiding a Black Feather trip. From floaty drone footage to delicious looking backcountry meals to dense forests, this video makes us want to add the Noire to next year’s trip list. The Noire runs into the Ottawa River and gets its moniker from the dark color of the water. The Noire is largely undeveloped and is a classic destination for whitewater paddlers.
